ASEAN TMview does not provide any protection for trademarks. The participating offices are identified in the HOME page with a green button to the left of the respective country name. The participation of each office is voluntary.
The data contained in ASEAN TMview is obtained exclusively from the participants without any third party verification. The accuracy of this data is the sole responsibility of the participating official trademark offices providing it.
The IP addresses of visitors to the website are stored for the sole purpose of providing statistics on the consultation of ASEAN TMview
The content of this website is protected by law and any reproduction or representation for commercial ends is prohibited without specific written agreement with the owner.
Technical errors and malfunctions, availability
The ASEAN IP Offices cannot guarantee that the database will always be available. Whilst we are committed to ensuring that the availability of the database will be essentially uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free, this cannot be guaranteed. Access to the database and its services may also occasionally be suspended, restricted or impeded to permit repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new services or facilities.
